United States. If you have already arrived here to work, visit or study, I will
confirm your legal status to insure immigration compliance throughout your
stay. I will investigate your eligibility for the permanent residency that is
provided by a Green Card and work with you to determine the possibility of
legally bringing loved ones into the country to join you. If it is determined
that you may do so, I will help you obtain the proper documentation and
streamline the process for your family.
If you are the owner of a small or medium-sized business, I will work with your
human resources department to assist in securing the legal employment of
foreign workers eligible for H-1B status or a visa. Dedicated foreign workers
can be valuable assets to any business, and I will explore with you the
procedures for petitioning for the Green Cards necessary to keep those workers
available. Further, I will review your company’s hiring practices and human
resources operation to assure compliance with current immigration law.
I am licensed to practice immigration law in all fifty states, and the age of
technology enables me to do so with effective results. However, if there are
certain circumstances that call for local representation by an attorney near
where you live or work, I will share that suggestion with you. Your positive
