free consultation is to send me an email via this website. By utilizing email,
it’s easy to organize your thoughts without fear of forgetting to ask a
question that’s important to you. Just tell me what your long-term objectives
are. For example: Do you live outside the U.S. and do you plan to come here for
work or to visit a friend or relative?
If you are already in the U.S., please include the following information in
your email:
1. the visa you used to enter the United States, if you have one
2. the dates listed on your I-94 or I-797, if you have either
3. your current status – are you a visitor? student? professional worker?
4. your long term immigration goals
If you are a U.S. citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident and you want to bring
someone to the U.S. and make him or her eligible for permanent residency (Green
Card) please include the following information:
1. whether or not you are a citizen
2. the relationship between you and the person or persons you hope to bring to
the U.S.
3. the ages of each person intending to come
